In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in UCaaS sales, cloud solutions, or SaaS sales. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of CIS’s UCaaS services.
  • Develop customized proposals and negotiate contract terms with clients to secure new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in UCaaS sales, cloud solutions, or SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of the small and mid-sized business landscape and their communication needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated and persistent, with a passion for sales and closing deals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
