Job Description:
As a Voice Implementation Specialist at CIS, you will be an integral part of our service delivery team, reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. You will play a crucial role in the post-sales life cycle, ensuring the successful implementation and support of our UCaaS, CCaaS, and VoIP solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all hosted PBX and call flow-related questions, making sure that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hosted PBX Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of PBX call flows and design to provide guidance and support to clients in optimizing their hosted PBX systems.
- Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their hosted PBX and call flow questions, concerns, and requirements.
- Service Excellence: Oversee the entire post-sales life cycle, from project implementation, training, hardware delivery, and installation, to the final testing of both hardware and software solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to the go-live phase.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and other team members to ensure a seamless and coordinated service delivery process.
- Technical Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and product developments in the UCaaS, CCaaS, and VoIP space.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in voice implementation, preferably in the UCaaS industry.
- PBX Design: Strong expertise in PBX call flows and design.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in UCaaS, CCaaS, and VoIP solutions, including hardware and software components.
- Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering exceptional service and addressing client needs.
- Project Management: Well-versed in project management methodologies and tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
